2907222 - Unable to logon CRM WebUI due to sequential read on table HRP1001

Symptom

You find that users can logon to crm backend gui, but they cannot logon to CRM WebUI. In t-code:sm66 and st01 performance trace, you can see hanging entries sequentially reading on table HRP1001 with report SAPLRH. You may see 500 internal error on webui after a while and in httpwatch trace.
