How to determine which users have access to Manage Role-Based Permission Access page and administrator access to Role-based Permissions?

You can now see whether a Role-Based Permissions administrator has the Allow Access to This Page and Role-Based Permission Admin permissions on the Manage Role-Based Permission Access page. If you delete an administrator from the page, they can't grant permissions to others or access the Manage Role-Based Permission Access page anymore.
