2907808 - Migration Cockpit - Inspection plan "Header invalid" error

During Inspection plan migration, you receive the following error:

Header invalid
Message no. CPCL011

Diagnosis
You want to create an object (for example, a sequence) on a key date. The header is, however, invalid on the key date, on which you want to assign the object.

System Response
The object cannot be created.

Procedure
Select a key date on which the header is valid.
