2907914 - Unable to logon to Data Services Designer local repository due to all TLS disabled on SQL Server

Symptom

  • Unable to logon to the Data Services Designer after entering the password for the local repository
  • ERROR: ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> to connect database <database name> failed with error: <ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <database name> failed: <[Microsoft]pODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user 'database user ID'.> Notify Customer Support>. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still exists after selecting the correction version of the driver, notify Customer Support. (BODI-112172)
