2907938 - Actual Execution On Date is Displayed as Current Date in Warehouse Tasks

Actual Execution On is displayed as current date in inbound warehouse tasks, outbound warehouse task, and internal warehouse task even production task (Processed On) with status Finished irrespective of when these documents are Finished.

SAP Business ByDesign

For  inbound warehouse tasks, outbound warehouse task, and internal warehouse task 

1. Go to relevant Logistics workcenter.
2. Navigate to Task Control view.
3. Search and open the desired task document.
4. In Administration information you will find the Actual Execution On date is displayed as current date

For production task:

1. Go to Production Control workcenter.
2. Navigate to Task Control view.
3. Search and open the desired task document.
4. Go to Miscellaneous tab - Confirmations sub tab.
5. You can see the processed on time is displayed as current date.

If we change the actual execution on date, and confirm some quantities in the task, the warehouse confirmation created for that quantity will be having the same actual execution date as modified by us.

As soon as the transaction is complete, the Business ByDesign system resets the date to current date so that new transactions can be started afresh.

The actual execution on date is relevant for the confirmation created for that session only.
