Reproducing the Issue
- When checking reports last modified dates, last modified by show v4admin
- Check the users Employee Time Information, last modified shows V4admin
Cause
A change in the users Job information can trigger the Recalculation Job. Anything picked up by the recalculation job will show "last updated by" v4admin once completed.
In relation to employee time recalculations, they can be caused by changes to job information fields Work schedule, Holiday Calendar and Dynamic break configuration. These are the job information changes which lead to an employee time recalculation.
Another cause of this is when Period End Processing or PEP is run and a time Account closes. The field 'Editable' on the Employee Time changes from Yes to No.
Resolution
This is Expected behavior.
If you cannot see a work schedule change in job info on the date ofthe recalculation, please check Audit report for any changes which may have been deleted.
