2908072 - Bootstrap terminates with exit code 515 - Configuration [bin] not found in [cluster_config/system/instances/current_instance]

After implementing various software logistic activities (restore, upgrade, migration, system copy etc.), AS Java might fail to start and terminates at bootstrap phase.
