2. Receive e-mail notification about successful completion of import.

Universal upgrade for Employee Import E-mail Notifications

• Remove any references to the Enforce Manager-only Implementation option because this option no longer exists in the two import tools.
• Added details about Character Encoding, Supported Locale, and Date Format that weren't included in the notifications before.
• Improved the wording in the Employee Import notification to help administrators clearly understand the import results.
• These enhancements give administrators a better experience when they receive the import result notifications.
