Resolution
From 2011 Release The Support FAQ link on the Login page now takes you to a KBA/SAP support page where you can get answers to frequently asked questions about using SAP SuccessFactors, including how to resolve account and login issues.
Before 2011 Release the support FAQ page would have taken you to a web page with the same information.
How To Access Support FAQ in Company Entry Page?
- Go to SAP SuccessFactors Company Entry Page (you may check your SuccessFactors URL in KBA 2089448) > Click on "Forgot Company ID?" button.
- Click on the "Support FAQ" link.
How To Access Support FAQ in Login Page?
- When trying to recover your Username or Password for your BizX instance, you may click on "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" button.
- The page will lead you to the messages below. Click on the "Support FAQ" link.

- With the Support FAQ link, user can now quickly find answers to commonly asked questions about using SAP SuccessFactors.
- If users have further questions, they can contact SAP Support by engaging via Live Expert Chat session, phone, or email.
