Symptom

Delta load fails after a successful initial run. The extraction job terminates with the following error:

Change pointers are not active
ERROR_INIT_CALL
Error during delta extraction: DataSource 0CML_DELTA
Exception occurred in line 224 of include CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_MODEL=====CM006 (program CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_MODEL=====CP)

The corresponding error message number is  FVD_CHGPTR003.
