2908744 - FRS does not have a CMS connection. (FWB 00060) - Information Steward

• A Clustered Node environment received an Operating System patch and had to be restarted
• The nodes were restarted in the Central Management Console -> Server list successfully.
• Accessing the Information Steward GUI will fail with the following error message
  Error " com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: The FRS does not have a CMS connection. (FWB 00060)

  cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2
  detail:The FRS does not have a CMS connection. (FWB 00060)

  The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 6416 at [authrequest.cpp : 407] 65316 {}
  ...The FRS was unable to contact a CMS to authenticate the request."

• Default Node has Input and Output FRS enabled correctly and are disabled in the remaining Nodes
