You are using a web service to upload data into a cloud data source. You noticed that during the manual upload, you have an option to change the decimal separator, however with the web service, you cannot change it.

Resolution
This feature is currently not available when uploading data via web services.
You can suggest this as enhancement on the Influence Portal.
