2909567 - User can Edit Layout of Site ABC Despite not Having Access to Site ABC

In the Access Restrictions user is not authorized to Site ABC (where ABC is a Site).
However user is able to Edit Layout for Site ABC despite not having access to Site ABC.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data workcenter and  Locations view.
2. Find Site ABC and Edit.
3. User is able to maintain any field.
4. Click Edit Layout.
5. Click Add Child Logistics Area and maintain data and Save.

Site level restrictions are designed based on Location Logistics Process control(LLPC) assigned for a site.
A site will generate an LLPC only when logistics relevant check box is set for the site(during activation of Supply Planning Area).

Customers will not be able to read/write in any newly created site if we restrict the site based on LLPC.
