2909647 - BW-Live RSD_GEO_SYNC_HIER runs into error "View _SYS_BIC.FPA_SPATIAL_DATA.choropleth/CHOROPLETH not found on DB"

Symptom

The correspondent business scenario, from the technical point of view, requires an SAP Analytics Cloud Story to be built.
It is wanted to use GEO map with Default Choropleth layer.

This feature enables the choropleth layer type for the geo widget in combination with BW datasources. Choropleth layers will display geo data using shapes, which are geographical areas defined as a polygon or multi polygon. All of these shapes are organized in a hierarchical fashion, meaning they contain children which are also shapes.

The BW Hierarchical representation of the Regions is handled by content Hierarchy "SAPBWWORLDHIERARCHY". It is the Hierarchy of 0GEOFEATID. SAPBWWORLDHIERARCHY will be available in the system once report RSD_GEO_SYNC_HIER in being executed, as it is described in KBA 2895865 - BW-Live GEO Default Choropleth Layer, Regions not available

By running report RSD_GEO_SYNC_HIER, the following error occurs:

Information Synchronize hierarchy for geographical region / feature ID
Check canceled due to errors
View _SYS_BIC.FPA_SPATIAL_DATA.choropleth/CHOROPLETH not found on DB
invalid table name: Could not find table/view FPA_SPATIAL_DATA.choropleth/CHOROPLETH in schema _SYS_BIC: line 1 col 50
View FPA_SPATIAL_DATA.choropleth/CHOROPLETH does not contain field LEVEL
