2909724 - View SQL Query is truncated when changes are committed - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Entering a long text into the SQL Query tab of one view property sheet.
  • The SQL query is truncated when clicking Apply or OK to commit the changes.
  • It is cut off just before an expression that uses the dollar sign ($).
    For example,

,nvl(regexp_replace(substr(TAB_1.COL_1, 1+length(regexp_replace(TAB_1.COL_1,'[^_]*$'))),'STRNG_1'),'STRNG_2')
as ALIAS_1

  • This issue does not occur if the dollar sign is replaced by an alpha character.
