2909754 - ESR or Integration Builder raises error "Stream is closed"

After updating the system to Process Orchestration 7.5 SP14 or higher which is running on a MS SQL database, you started to face issues while accessing the the Enterprise Service Repository, or when selecting an Usage Profile, or when trying to Import the ESR Metadata: 

• Invalid usage profile. Reselect the usage profile or log in again
