Symptom
BASIS team just delivered a fresh GRC Sandbox system to us, copy of our production GRC. They ran BDLS after that to change the logical system after the copy.
Ran all the Post Installation steps following the guides, including BC Set Activation, Automatic and Manual Workflow Customizing tasks, MSMP worklflow configuration and activation, etc., however, if we submit an Access Request, the request number is generated but the workflow is not triggered.
