2909805 - Cannot login to instance: "You will be logging in to XXXXX or you can enter a different company ID"

• Post-refresh, when navigating into the instance URL, the message "You will be logging in to XXXXX or you can enter a different company ID" appears
• Cannot enter the instance or view the login page due to the message 
• Rerouted back to the message even when entering a company ID into the field
• By trying to access the main URL of the instance to proceed with login, the login page does not load and shows three blue dots.
• Cannot login as PWD because the SuccessFactors is being redirect to our SSO;
• The instance is SSO disabled but is still redirecting to our IDP

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

After accessing the default instance URL (https://<yourdatacenterURL>/login?company=<yourcompanyID>):

1. The page is still redirecting you to your SSO
2. Or you see the message below and cannot see the login page and enter the instance

1. The “Custom Login Page” feature is being used on Provisioning > Modify Custom Pages > Custom source HTML code for your login page
   
   
2. Or the "Custom Login Page" feature is enabled in Provisioning though there is no custom home page code

1. The custom-formatting of a Login Page is not supported by the Product Support Team or the Technical Support Engineering Team. It is customer's responsibility to create and maintain all HTML and associated files for your login page should you choose to use one.

2. If the instance does not have a custom home page code, the "Custom Home Page" checkbox should not be enabled.
   Reach out to Product Support or Partner to disable this feature.
   
   For PS or Partner:

1. Enter instance Provisioning
2. Select "Modify Custom Pages"
3. Select "Custom Login Page" from the dropdown
4. Enable the checkbox "Use default page (No customization will take place)" > this will disable the custom home page
5. Save
