2909854 - Error APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON033 when changing Contract/Scheduling Agreement in approval in ME32k/ME32l - S/4HANA 1809 onwards

Symptom

  • When trying to change a purchase contract or scheduling agreement in ME32K/ME32L thats In Approval status, the transaction is opened in 'display' mode and message APPL_MM_PUR_OA_CON 033 - 'contract is in approval' is raised.
  • The purchase contract/outline agreement is not subject to release strategy.
