2909956 - EWM distributed Inbound delivery deletion triggered from Ariba not happens due to VL 639 / VL 066 errors as handling unit exists

From Ariba your supplier initiates an inbound delivery deletion, but that does not happens in the connected SAP ERP / S4hana system because of error VL 066 (this document can not be deleted) error.

If you test manually at VL32n tcode then there the deletion is blocked by error: delivery still contains handling units - VL 639

The background root cause is that the delivery is already sent to EWM system where handling units created.
