2909964 - Inbound Delivery deletion not happens triggered by Ariba due to "Inbound delivery ... is already distributed to another system" - message no. ARBERP_MAP 097

Symptom

Supplier cancels (deletes) an inbound delivery in Ariba and this does not deletes the inbound delivery from SAP ERP / S4hana because the process could not update the EWM system's inbound delivery status, and error message "Inbound delivery ... is already distributed to another system" - message no. ARBERP_MAP 097 issued

S/4Hana inbuilt native connection with Ariba with cXML's - J82 scope item
