2909990 - PO sending to Ariba via cXML ends in dump DATA_OFFSET_TOO_LARGE due to a long text that is longer than 20000 characters

Symptom

At a Purchase Order (PO) sending out via program ARBERP_NAST_CXML_MESSAGE, subrutine SEND_DOCUMENT you receive a DATA_OFFSET_TOO_LARGE dump.
The runtime error is caused by Ariba integration (Suite Enablement for SAP ERP's in-built version in S/4hana) standard code in CL_ARBERP_MAP_OUT~MOVE_TEXT_TO_COMMENT.
The issue occurs if the users maintain a text that is longer than 20000 characters.
