2910243 - Valuation parameters: Initial costs or Incentives are not allowed for subsequent valuation time slices

Symptom

A valuation had been performed for a lease contract.

Then a new time slice is created for the next valuation step.

When assigning a condition with valuation property "Initial Costs" or "Incentives" to the new valuation time slice the error message RECETM244 "Initial costs/incentives permitted in first time slot only" is raised.
