2910254 - Application Error Occurs When Creating a Candidate Profile or Applying for a Requisition - RCM

When the candidate applies for a job requisition they get an error message.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to the External Career Site
2. Create a Candidate Profile with or without applying for a job
3. Fill the required information
4. Try to save and receive the error

A rule has been added to the picklist object. 

This issue is currently being investigated by the Engineering team as a priority and this KBA will be updated with the latest details on this.
