2910347 - User Icon at top left of web ui shows as "No Text"

Symptom

  •  The icon at the top left of the web ui that should show the user icon, instead shows as " No Text " or " Kein Text "

  • When displayed correctly, the user icon should look like below:

  • The button behind the icon likely still works fine. The issue is with the display.
