2910377 - System not starting with Database VENDOR_UNKNOWN - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

Solution Manager JAVA AS cannot connect to the database  and/or cannot be started due to the following error:

Caused by: com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Exception of type com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException caught: Database VENDOR_UNKNOWN not supported by OpenSQL and NativeSQL. .
