2910559 - 900-001-6 Error when creating a new Job Requisition

When creating a new job requisition user receives the follow error: 
"Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again. 900-001-6"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to Recruiting 
2. Select Create New 
3. Select Create from Blank template
4. Select Job Requisition template. 
5. Fill in the details required. 
6. Select Create
7. Error "Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again. 900-001-6"

Possible cause is due to the configuration of the default language. 

The default language field had been created as a picklist. Per the implementation guide the defaultLanguage should be defined as a Text Field.
