Resolution
Configuration Requirements:
- Set forward-intact attribute to true for multiattachementsselection field in the job application template. Check article 2644399
- Operator should have Forward as Applicant button permissions in the job requisition template. Check article 2860637
Enhancements:
1. The recruiting user will be able to carry forward attachments of type multiattachmentsselection while forwarding a candidate as an applicant from one requisition to another requisition. If the Candidate is forwarded to another requisition which uses different application template that does not have fields of type multiattachmentselection then the new application created will not have the data for the field.
2. Provide an indication to the recruiter on the Jobs applied portlet in the Job application page to highlight the application from which the candidate was forwarded as an applicant.
3. Interview results from previous application are made available as a hyperlink on the jobs applied portlet on the requisition from which candidate was forwarded. By clicking on this hyperlink the recruiter can have access to previous application’s interview feedback and comments. Recruiters can find applicant answers to pre-screening questions, assessment results, background check results using the hyperlink from the Job Title.
Note: The hyperlink to View Interview Results can also be disabled in the admin center:
- Go to Manage Recruiting settings.
- Uncheck the Display Interview Result and Overdue Interviews in candidate summary page.
