2911110 - Candidate search results to display only candidates who accepted DPCS - Recruiting Management

Once this switch "Allow recruiting users to access candidate information only if at least on version of Data Privacy Consent Statement is accepted" is enabled, Candidates who have accepted DPCS at least once appear in the candidate search results. Otherwise they will not appear when searched.

Prerequisites

• Enable Data Privacy Consent Statement 2.0 In Provisioning > Company settings
• Enable the following options in the Provisioning:
• Edit Candidate Privacy Options  Data Privacy Settings:
• Use DPCS Version: DPCS 2
• Enable external data privacy agreement set up, and require acceptance on external candidate registration (requires Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA))
• Enable internal data privacy agreement set up (requires Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA))
• Enable the switch "Allow recruiting users to access candidate information only if at least on version of Data Privacy Consent Statement is accepted in manage recruiting settings.

Note : The candidate search results are filtered out for internal or external candidates ONLY if the corresponding data privacy agreement setup is enabled for internal or external candidates
