2911135 - Error Message Received when creating a job requisition from position management

Sorry, the requisition cannot be created Creation of a job requisition for position ******* failed Details: Field criteria validation failed due to incorrect values of [Any Object field]. Enter valid data, or change Job Start Date

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to position org chart
2. Select the position to create the job requisition 
3. Create job requisition
4. Error occurs

Issue is caused by the parent / child object having no correspondence in the picklist being used for the mapped field in RCM. Usually, the child value is not found in the parent picklist. 

1. Check the error message to pinpoint what is the object being affected.
2. Note the value(s) used for that object in the specific position you are trying to create the job Requisition from
3. Go to Manage Data 
4. In first search select your object. 
5. In the second search select the value of the object in position management. 
6. Now use take action and scroll to the bottom of the screen. In the picklist that says no selection input the child value. 
7. Save
8. Perform a metadata refresh 
9. Test creating the requisition again.
