2911198 - Manager Not Visible In Personnel File Of Org Unit Manager

The manager is missing for employees which are org unit manager in the personnel file.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
2. Click on Employees view
3. Search for relevant employee
4. Click on Edit
5. Click on Employment
6. Click on Organizational Assignment
7. Note: There is no manager assigned.

 A possible cause why those org unit managers don't have a manager assigned in the personnel file could be that the org unit of the CEO is not marked as company and it is not one level above.

The solution is to mark the organizational unit of the manager as a company and to make sure that it is at least one level above.
