Symptom
- http 504 Gateway Time-out error while trying to login SAP BusinessObjects BusinessIntelligence Platform though a load balancer
- Login hangs/very slow whilst attempting to login to the Central Management Console (CMC) or launchpad
- Hang opening CMC->Servers->Server List
- Error message in Central Management Server (CMS) logs (with Medium tracing enabled)
