2911492 - [ONB 2.0] How to remove Manager and Employee Review step in OFF 2.0

Customer does not want to use manager and employee review step in Offboarding 2.0 and send employee
directly to their task.They want to remove the 2 default rules which comes as a default:

ONB2_OFB_ManagerReviewCheck
ONB2_OFB_EmplyeeReviewCheck

With Respect to Manager and Employee review step in Offboarding 2.0 Process, These Rules are OOTB Rules and cannot be deleted as these are Assigned. But you can set conditions in a way which will return FALSE for these Rules.

If Both the Rules are False, It will directly go to Tasks. Offboarding Tasks will be created.
