How to use Mass Offer Approval Feature to cancel an offer approval

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

As part of B2005 release, customer will now be able to process create, edit and approve job offers for multiple candidates using "Mass Offer Approval" Feature and this KBA will focus on cancelling Job Offers.

Prerequisite:

1. Enable Offer Approval from Provisioning
2. Enable Mass Offer Approval from Manage Recruiting Settings.

Steps to execute: 

1. Admin Center;
2. Recruiting;
3. Job Requisition;
4. Offers Link;
5. Select "Decline" as the Status;
6. Select "With Me (x) hyperlink;
7. Select an Offer Template in "Filter by Offer Name";
8. Select 1 or more candidate to be cancelled;
9. Click "Cancel";
   
10. Review the Offer/s > Click "Cancel" Button

After Clicking "Cancel" Offer the user will be redirected to the Mass Offer Approval Page

Result: The candidate's Offer will be in "Cancelled" Status.
