• How to get a report of the users who downloaded/visualized a document from a Portlet?
• Is there a possibility to list the user who downloaded/visualized a document from a Portlet?
• List of users who accessed the attachmed document from Portet.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Platform

1. Access the SF UI Instance;
2. Go to an employee profile;
3. Download an attachment from a Portlet;
4. List the user who downloaded the attachment from the UI Portlet.

There is no feature available to report the user who downloaded/visualised a certain attachment document from a UI Portlet nor via Provisioning (Backend).
