2911849 - Form(s) not loading in Document Center - Onboarding 1.0

When trying to view forms from one or multiple candidates in Onboarding's Document Center an error appears in PDF generation for the candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

1. Go to Onboarding > Document Center
2. Search for the affected candidate
3. Try to view any of his/her documents
4. Erros will be shown

Note: while using Google Chrome it is possible that just a new blank window will open, but the form will not load as expected

This caused the forms got corrupted.

1. Navigate to SuperAdmin > Manage HRData
2. Search for the affected candidate and click on the same
3. Click on HR Data PDF Files > find the form that is not loading properly in column "PDFFileId"
4. Click on "Recreate PDF"
5. Wait a couple of minutes and try to open/view the form again
