2911898 - Add Employee Page blank in MPH

• Add Employee page is showing blank when trying to hire candidate in MPH.
• Manage pending Hires page is not loading when clicking Hire.

Onboarding 1.0

1. Login in SuccessFactors
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires/Recruits
3. Select Onboarding
4. Next, click Hire button under candidate's name

Result: Add New Employee does not load candidate's information.

Dependent checkbox is ticked for Emergency Contact fields. 

1. Login into SuccessFactos system
2. Next, go to Admin Center > FieldMappingtoolforintegrationwithEmployeeCentral tool
3. Then, go to Emergency Contact fields
4. Untick Dependent checkbox under the affected field Ex. EmgContactName.
5. Lastly, click Validate and Save button.
