1. Go to Recruiting > Job requisition
2. Open any evergreen job requisition template

User has permission to add child requisition but he has no permission to switch the job requisition as evergreen.

Add Child Requisitions works in conjunction with Evergreen Job Requisition field permission. Operator may have permission to switch job requisition to evergreen and not have button permission to link child requisition but not other way around. Be sure that when we provide operator to add child requisition permission, we will also provide them permission to switch a job requisition to evergreen
