2912094 - Error :Unknown Party PQR

PQR is a Global Location Number.

 You see a process communication error in  both Purchase order and purchase order acknowledgment.where you don't use Interactive form and the acknowledgment is sent by external system via communication arrangement

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application user managemeent work center
2. Go to Process communication error
3. Choose Open errors with incident
4. You will see entries with this error
5. Select  the entry and  scroll down to see the error details

In Purchase order if you double click on company it opens up Org Unit Overview

Under External Business Identifiers, Global Location Number is PQRS, but in payload supplier is sending it as PQR ,where S is missing.

Because of wrong value sent by external system, system could not find recipient party and fails to create Purchase Order Confirmation or acknowledgment.

Contact  the person who has created the communication arrangement related to Purchase order acknowledgement to correct the Global location number once they fix it.

Please create incident and give us permission to cancel the stuck messages in back end, once done,you will have to send Purchase acknowledgment again with the correct values.
