2912191 - Work Center View Deleted By Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM)

You cannot see a particular work center view and you observed that the work center view has been removed by Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM). But you don't know why this particular user removed this work center view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center
2. Click on Business Users view
3. Search for the relevant user
4. Click on Edit > Access Rights
5. Click on Changes
6. Note: Work center XXX has been deleted on DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM by Technical User (SAP_SYSTEM).

This particular technical user is always used when a substitution expires to make changes to the access rights of the user and to delete the work center views that were only valid while the user was substituting another user. You will find out that the date of the end of the substitution (which you find in Application & User Management work center > Substitutions view) will always match with the date when this particular technical user ends the access rights of the user (which you find in Application & User Management work center > Business Users view > Edit > Access Rights > Changes).

The solution is that you only have access to the work center view when you substitute another user.
