Symptom
Sales Order History facet for Products cannot be added using adaptation mode
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Product work center
- Open any Product
- Slect Adaptation mode
- Try adding Sales Order History facet
It cannot be added
Resolution
Sales order history facet is visible for a particular product only while adding products to the Sales orders.
It shows the last 5 ordered quantity, date of the product from completed orders.
The facet can be opened via a link in the item table column named Past Orders for each item in order TI as well as Quick add products screen.
