2912323 - [LMS] b2005: LRN-69728 - Automated Cancellation of Bad Report Jobs

When a recurring report job fails 4 times consecutively, the job will be cancelled by the system.  Upon cancellation, the report job status will be "Cancelled", and an error log generated describing the reason for the cancellation.

An email will generate from the system to the owner of the report job containing:

• • • Report Name
    • Job Description
    • Date Report Scheduled
    • Admin ID, Name, and email who scheduled the report
    • Scheduled Cancellation Window
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Potential Cause

If the report job owner does not have email address, they will have to come to the report jobs page to know about to the cancelled reports.
