Symptom
This article is a compilation of possible causes of the HTTP 403 - Forbidden error from HTTP requests targeting the SAP ERP system.
The symptoms can be:
- Documents in the Managed Gateway Transaction Tracker are in FAILED status with a HTTP 403 response error message.
- The connection test from the Managed Gateway Connectivity Tool is failing with a HTTP 403 response error message.
