2912493 - Job Analyzer Error Message - "Please enter text in the input fields" - Recruiting Management

When opening Job Analyzer, the following message is displayed: "No biases have been identified as there is no text in the input fields. Please enter text and then reload the Job Analyzer to generate a Gender Bias Scan and Skills Analysis."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to Recruiting > Open a Job Requisition
2. Open the Job Analyzer tab
3. See the error message saying that no text was found

The Job Analyzer feature will identify content from the Job Description Field of the Job Requisition and in case the field is empty or not defined, this error will be displayed. Notice that the Job Analyzer will only look at the Job Description standard fields "listingLayout" and "extListingLayout".

You need to ensure that both fields are defined and filled in the Job Requisition.
