Symptom

  • You are running on a lower release of SAP Contact Center and would like to upgrade to the latest, but would also like to know what are the best business practices before doing so
  • For example, you are running on Support Pack 7 and would like to upgrade to Feature Pack 15  "FP15" (which is as of this KBA, the latest release)
    • Should you perform a straight upgrade to FP16? or
    • Upgrade in a stepped or chronological manner, like SP7, SP8, SP9....?
