2912690 - Unexpected date format displayed on bottom right broadcast messaging area for agent dashboard in interaction center

Symptom

The date format is unexpected shown on the bottom right broadcast messaging area in CRM IC WebUI . For example, the date format set for your logon agent is DD/MM/YYYY and you expect that for example, date 16th April 2020 should be displayed as 16/04/2020, but the date is displayed sucn as MM/DD/YYYY (4/16/2020) in the screenshot below.
