Symptom
Since b2005 release, the Quick Apply field can be configured using a business rule in the Job Requisition detail screen.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Step 1 Go to Admin center > Configure Business Rule
Step 2 Click on + to add a new rule
Step 3 Click Recruiting and select the scenario 'Configure Business Rules on Job Requisition'
Step 4 Add Rule Name, Rule ID, Start Date and Description. Select the appropriate Job Requisition template where this rule has to be applied. Select the Purpose (Field Change or Save). Click on Continue.
Please note that onInit rule (Initialize Rules) is not supported in this case.
Step 5 Select the condition to set the Quick Apply ON (Yes) or OFF (No) and save it
Step 6 Go to Admin Center > Manage Rules in Recruiting
Step 7 Click on Job Requisition and select the job requisition template
Step 8 Assign the business rule as onChange rule (Field Change Rules) or onSave rule (Save Rules). Please note that onInit rule (Initialize Rules) is not supported in this case.
Step 9 Save it
