2912982 - How to Fetch Data in Reports on Candidates Who Didn't Apply to any Requisition - RCM

Recruiters need to fetch a report where they can list the external candidates who just created a profile and didn't apply to any jobs.

Below are the steps which you need to follow to report on the candidates who just created a profile and didnt apply to any jobs.

1. Go to Reporting >>New >> Table >> Recruiting V2
2. Now select all the fields from Candidate Column
3. Now from application column , select the application id and Job req id
4. Now go to filters , select application id and set the rule as
5. Click on Done >> Preview

So we can see that the requisition column is blank , means the external candidate didnt even apply to any requisition

Now , to fetch the same report for Internal candidate , just use the filter "user sys id " is not null. The resulting report will fetch all the internal candidates who didnt apply to any job.
