2913024 - S/4HANA Cloud not consuming latest custom theme version

S/4HANA Cloud is not consuming the latest custom theme version deployed to the SAP Cloud Platform subaccount.

• S/4HANA Cloud

1. Configure S/4HANA Cloud to use a custom theme;
2. Make changes to the custom theme using the UI Theme Designer;
3. Publish the updated custom theme;
4. S/4HANA Cloud still displayes the previous custom theme version.

S/4HANA Cloud caches custom themes in order to improve the overall loading performance and user experience.

Access the Communication Arrangements application on the S/4HANA Cloud instance, select the arrangement that is responsible for the custom theme consumption and click on Reactivate:

The Reactivate button triggers a refresh of the cache, updating it with the current versions of the deployed custom themes.
