2913416 - Unable to Extend the Material using migration object 'Material - extend existing record by new org levels’

Symptom

  • While performing the migration for the migration object ‘Material - extend existing record by new org levels’ (SIF_MAT_EXTEND in S/4HANA 2020 and lower), the extended material data is missing in the system even though the migration finishes successfully.
  • While performing the migration for the migration object ‘Product - extend existing record by new org levels’ (SIF_PROD_EXT in S/4HANA 2020 and 2021), the extended material data is missing in the system even though the migration finishes successfully.
  • The migration ends with the below warning message: “Source record MATNR = XXXXX, RUN_ID = already transferred to target system”.
